ClassBox is a non-profit project maintained by a single developer in his own time. Every message is read, but please allow two to three business days for a reply.
Reporting a Problem
A few details make a bug far quicker to fix
There is no contact form yet, so problem reports come by email. If you are reporting something that went wrong, including the following usually means it can be fixed on the first attempt:
- Which tool you were using, and what you were trying to do
- What happened instead of what you expected
- Your browser and whether you were on a phone, tablet or computer
- A screenshot, if the problem is something you can see
Please do not include student names or class lists in a report — they are never needed, and they should stay on your own device.
