ClassBox was created with a simple mission: to give educators free, accessible and user-friendly tools that make the classroom run more smoothly. Quality teaching tools should not depend on a school's budget.

Unlike educational platforms that put the useful half behind a paywall, ClassBox is complete. There is no premium tier, no trial that expires, no feature that asks you to upgrade, and no advertising. The domain and hosting are paid for personally, and the project is run voluntarily — that is the whole business model, and it is meant to stay that way.
Our Tools
ClassBox offers a set of classroom tools designed to save teachers time and keep students engaged. Every one of them runs entirely in your browser:
- Wheel — Wheel tool with customizable slices, animated rotation, and highlighting of the selected slice.
- Group Maker — Automatic group creation, determining group count/student count, and creating balanced groups.
- Random Student Picker — Student selection tool with fair selection algorithm, selection history, and prevention of reselection.
- Stopwatch — Precise timing tool with lap recording, customizable sounds, and export capabilities for classroom activities.
- Countdown Timer — Customizable countdown timer with visual and audio alerts to help manage classroom activities and time limits.
- QR Code Generator — Create customizable QR codes for URLs, text, and contact information with options for colors, logos, and more.
About the Developer
ClassBox was created by İlker Binzet, a developer with a long-standing interest in education and technology. It grew out of the everyday friction of running a classroom: picking a student fairly, splitting a class into groups, keeping an activity to time.
The project is built and maintained as a labour of love, with no profit motive. The goal is simply to make useful tools that make teachers' lives easier and classrooms more engaging — and to keep them free for everyone.
